Cancellation Policy

If you cancel an appointment in less than 24 hours, or you are a no call no show, Hibiscus Lounge will charge a 20% cancellation fee. The card you add to schedule your appointment, will be charged any cancellation fees. However, if you come to your scheduled appointment, you can pay with whatever accepted method you choose.
